Back in February, the Longhorns signed a group of 20 prospects that ranked No. 14 in the country, including a load of players that could help out at the skill positions on the offensive side of the ball. Unfortunately for Texas, and for one prospect in particular, the number of freshmen for the Horns’ 2008 class has been lowered to 19 as of this week. [details]
